No, it isn’t an action RPG starring the singer of the hit song 1234. Feist is an indie platformer that has been pretty lowkey. Developed by Adrian Stutz and Florian Faller, Feist follow the exploits of a young, furry boy-thing; he can pick up sticks and crack enemies over the head or launch projectiles at them.

The game has an undeniably Limbo-esque look to it: everything is shadowed, and huge pine trees populate the back- and foregrounds. However, the music couldn’t be more different. It’s eerily uplifting.

Feist comes out for the PC and Mac sometime in the Summer of 2012. We’ll definitely be looking forward to it.
